50 squat jumps
50 star jumps
50 tuck jumps
100 bench presses of 50kg
100 reps of 'skullcrushers' (10kg0
50 sit ups
10 minutes of pad work withthebest coach in the world
10 minutes of skipping
10 minutes of shadow boxing
15 minutes of bag work
4 x 3 minute rounds of sparring
2 lots of ground work

Damn i love it at the gym!
